About me
Sandra Colin
Psychology student and founder of Being Conscious.
I have lived through my own processes of anxiety, depression, disconnection and reconnection, and from that real experience I created Being Conscious: to accompany you with empathy, calm and deep understanding.
I integrate techniques of emotional support, art and energy to guide processes of emotional reconnection and integral well-being.
🌷 My purpose is to help you listen to yourself, understand yourself, and reconnect with yourself without demands, only with love.
🌷 I believe that healing is remembering who we are when we let go of the pain.
