Because these are digital products and energy or emotional support services, the following conditions apply:

Digital products

(Ebooks, guides, journals or downloadable materials)
Once the purchase is completed and the access or digital file has been delivered, no refunds are issued, as the content cannot be "returned" once downloaded.
We encourage you to carefully read the description of each resource before making your purchase.
If the download link has a technical problem, you can request assistance to receive your material again.

Virtual sessions (Reiki, Bach Flowers, etc.)

Each appointment requires a prior booking to secure your spot.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before the session at no additional cost.
After that period, the reservation is non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
You can reschedule as many times as you need based on calendar availability.

If you encounter any errors in the payment process or technical problems on the payment platform, please contact us through the contact form or the email address indicated on the website so we can review your case.
Each application will be evaluated individually, prioritizing empathy and clarity in communication.
